Derek Fitzsimons is Civiltec’s in-house Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience managing commercial aspects of construction projects, including cost control, procurement, valuations, and final accounts.

Derek has worked on numerous Civiltec projects and is fully familiar with commercial procedures, cost reporting, and change management processes. He will ensure full cost transparency, timely reporting, and proactive management of variations to maintain budget certainty throughout the project.
